What to send before a first bundle review

5 May 2025 · Priya Nair

A checklist and planner on a desk, the kind of intake list sent before a review

A first Bundle Offer Performance Review moves at the speed of the extract, not at the speed of a kickoff call.

Send, in one folder:

  1. A list of live bundles with names as they appear on the app, SKU names, and a tag for price-bundle versus gift-with-purchase versus volume deal.
  2. Line-level order rows for the dates we agreed, with timestamps, SKU, quantity, net price, and any combo or promotion ID your export provides.
  3. Standalone selling prices for those SKUs in the same dates, even if they sat in a different listing.
  4. The advertised bundle price and the campaign windows you care about, including one quieter stretch.
  5. Fulfilment notes that affect pairings: a companion that is often out of stock, a gift that ships from a different warehouse, a SKU that cannot go by air.

Screenshots of seller-centre tiles help us recognise thumbnails. They do not replace rows. Rank and traffic screens, if you have them, can wait; we would rather not mix listing-rank stories into a first canvas.

Do not send passwords. Do not add us as a sub-account unless you have separately asked for that and we have declined — we do not log in. Do not send customer phone numbers or full addresses; strip them from the export.

If the export cannot mark combos, say so in the contact form. We will tell you whether a reconstruction is honest enough to be useful, or whether we should wait until you can turn the flag on.

Priya reads intake. If something is missing she will ask once, specifically, rather than open a vague ‘discovery’.
