Refunds, postponements, and deposits

These rules apply to assessments described on this site: Bundle Offer Performance Reviews, Campaign Window Briefings, Catalog Pairing Sessions, and the Quarterly Bundle Ledger. They do not cover goods, shipping, or seller-centre subscriptions, because we do not sell those.

Eligibility and timeframe

Ask for a refund or postponement in writing to info@bundlecanvaspoint.digital or by telephone on +60362581616. We reply within five working days. Requests made more than fourteen days after the walkthrough, session, or ledger delivery are considered only where Malaysian law requires it.

Full refund

A full refund of sums paid is due if we cancel an engagement for our own reasons, or if we decline the work after seeing the export and have not yet marked a canvas. Deposits for a pairing session are fully refundable if you cancel at least seven days before the table date.

Partial refund

If a Performance Review or briefing has already opened extracts, we refund the unused balance after deducting time already spent at the daily equivalent of the quoted fee, with a written timesheet. If you cancel a pairing session with fewer than seven days’ notice, we retain fifty percent of the session fee.

Non-refundable items

Time already spent reading extracts is not refundable. A completed canvas, briefing, pairing sheet, or ledger is not refundable because you already hold the document. We do not sell physical products or course seats; there are no “opened goods” categories here.

Process and method

Approved refunds return by the same method as the original payment where the bank allows it, otherwise by bank transfer to the account that paid. Processing typically takes ten working days after we confirm the amount in writing.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-shows

Walkthroughs may be rescheduled once without charge if you give two working days’ notice. A no-show forfeits that walkthrough slot; a second slot is billed as a short additional call. Pairing sessions missed without notice are treated as a late cancellation.

Deposits and missing extracts

Deposits hold the intake place. If promised extracts do not arrive within twenty-one days of the deposit, we may close the engagement and refund the deposit minus any intake time already spent. Festival pauses around 11.11 and 12.12 are disclosed at booking; they are not a ground for refund if you chose those dates.

Work already started

Once pairing maps are in draft, stopping the work is a partial-refund situation, not a full reversal. You may ask us to destroy our copies of extracts; invoices still follow the partial-refund rule.

Purchased materials

We do not buy packaging, photography, or sample stock on your behalf. If you bring samples to Ipoh, you take them home; we do not invoice materials.
