The canvas
Four pages you keep after the extracts are read
The Bundle Canvas is not a login. It is the document a Performance Review produces, and the pages a Quarterly Ledger updates. Each page has a job: name the pair, name the depth, name the window, name the next listing change.
Pairing map
Every live bundle in scope, with hero and companion roles written in catalog language. Price bundles, gifts, and volume deals are separated before anyone talks about attach. SKUs that share a thumbnail by accident are marked as accidental combos.
Discount ladder
Advertised bundle prices against the standalone prices you actually charged in the same dates. We note the depth at which a companion starts to join, and the depth you cannot keep after the window without teaching shoppers to wait.
Window notes
Up to three stretches you nominate — often a festival, a brand day, and a quieter fortnight. 11.11 is never treated as the whole story. Reconstructions, when combo IDs are missing, are labelled as reconstructions.
Keep / split / rest
A short list the listing intern can use the same week: keep the pair, split it onto standalone listings, or rest it until a window that actually needs a gift or a tin. Leakage flags sit beside the line they belong to, not in a separate appendix.
What the canvas is not
It is not a rank report. It is not a forecast of 11.11. It is not a redesign of your photography, though Wei Jie will say when a hero is hiding a companion in the thumbnail. It does not replace your seller-centre counts; it argues with them in sentences.
Campaign Window Briefings use a thinner canvas: ready, rewrite companion, or sit out. Pairing sessions produce a pairing sheet for one category family, which can later be lifted onto a full canvas if you take a Review.
