What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, the assessment you named, the commerce app, a rough bundle count, and the message. From email or telephone: the same kinds of details, plus whatever you include in extracts. We ask you to strip customer phone numbers and full addresses from exports; if they remain, we delete those fields when we notice them.

From the site: essential cookies as described in the cookie notice, and analytics cookies only if you accept. Server logs, if the host keeps them, may include IP address and browser type for a short period.

Why we use it

To reply to briefs, to perform the scoped assessment, to invoice, and to keep records required under Malaysian law. We do not sell personal data. We do not use form submissions to build marketing lists unless you separately ask to receive journal notes.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for twelve months. Paid canvases, briefings, pairing sheets, and ledgers are kept for seven years with invoices. Extracts are kept for the engagement plus twelve months, then deleted unless a ledger retainer is still live. Cookie choices stay in your browser until you clear storage.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, and you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner in Malaysia. Some records must be kept for tax even if you ask us to close the commercial file.

International transfers

Email and hosting may be processed on servers outside Malaysia by the providers we use to run this static site and our mailbox. We choose providers that contract to protect the data. If you send extracts, say if they must remain only on Malaysian equipment; we will tell you if that changes how we can work.

Children

This site is for merchants and catalog staff. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
