Fees
Quoted from the live list, not from a menu of seats
Prices below are starting figures in Malaysian ringgit. A catalog with more than twelve live bundles, two commerce apps, or messy combo flags is scoped in writing after intake. We do not take payment on this site.
| Assessment | Starting fee | What moves the quote |
|---|---|---|
| Bundle Offer Performance Review | From RM 4,800 | Quoted for catalogs with up to 12 live bundles and 90 days of line-level extracts. Larger catalogs are scoped after we see SKU count and channel mix. |
| Campaign Window Briefing | From RM 1,900 per window | Priced per campaign window. A 9.9 or 11.11 brief that covers more than eight bundles is quoted after we see the draft pairing list. |
| Catalog Pairing Session | RM 2,400 | Fixed for a half-day session covering one category family (for example haircare, snacks, or phone accessories). Extra families are a second session. |
| Quarterly Bundle Ledger | From RM 3,600 per quarter | Quoted after we know how many bundles stay live and whether a Performance Review has already been done. New retainers start only after a first Review, or after we have read one full quarter of extracts. |
What we need before a number is firm
The contact form asks for the commerce app, a rough count of live bundles, and the windows you care about. That is enough for a first range. A firm fee follows when we have seen whether combo IDs exist in the export and whether a second channel is in scope.
Pairing sessions are the exception: RM 2,400 is fixed for one category family and a half day. A second family is a second session, not a discount on a bundle of sessions.
Retainers for the Quarterly Bundle Ledger start only after we have already read a Review, or one full quarter of extracts. We will not take a ledger on a catalog we have never seen.
Deposits
A Performance Review and a Campaign Window Briefing ask for fifty percent to open the extracts and the balance before the walkthrough. Pairing sessions are payable before the table date. Ledger quarters are billed at the start of the quarter.
