Terms of engagement

These terms apply to the use of bundlecanvaspoint.digital and to assessments booked with Bundle Canvas Point, 3 1 Jalan Batu Ampar Batu 5 Jalan Wilayah Persekutuan,Ipoh,Perak,51200,Malaysia. By sending a brief or using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not send extracts or book a table date.

The work

We provide written readings of bundle offer performance from extracts you supply, plus walkthroughs, pairing sessions, campaign briefings, and quarterly ledgers as described on the assessment pages. We do not operate a seller centre, take payment for goods, or guarantee a sales result on any commerce app.

Acceptance and scope

A written scope and fee, sent after intake, is the contract for that engagement. Work starts when the agreed deposit is received and the extracts named in the scope have arrived. Changes to the live bundle list, date range, or number of apps after that point are a new scope or a written variation.

Your materials

You warrant that you have the right to send the extracts and listing information, and that you have stripped customer phone numbers and full addresses. You remain responsible for how you change listings after a walkthrough.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your extracts, SKU names, and listing copy. We keep ownership of our methods, page structures, and standard phrasing. Upon full payment you receive a licence to use the canvas, briefing, pairing sheet, or ledger we produced for your catalog, including sharing it inside your company. You may not resell the document or present it as a general template for other merchants.

Site content

Journal articles, assessment descriptions, and this site’s design are owned by Bundle Canvas Point. You may quote a short passage with attribution and a link. You may not copy pages for another commercial site.

Liability

Readings depend on the quality of the export. We are not liable for listing rank, paid-media results, stock-outs, or decisions you take after the walkthrough. Our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We do not exclude liability that Malaysian law does not allow to be excluded, including for fraud or personal injury.

Confidentiality

We treat extracts and live lists as confidential and do not use named catalogs as public case studies without written permission. Anonymised findings, of the kind on the home page, omit shop names.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-excludable consumer rights.
