Bundle Offer Performance Review
A close reading of how your live bundles behaved on the commerce app: which companion SKU earned the discount, where the hero carried the set, and which pairings only moved when the window was already loud.
Who it is for
Catalog managers, shop owners, and in-house merchandisers who already run Buy Together, combo, or gift-with-purchase deals on Shopee, Lazada, or an in-app store, and need a second pair of eyes on the last one to three campaign windows.
What you leave with
A marked-up Bundle Canvas: pairing map, discount-depth notes, attach observations, leakage flags, and a short list of pairings to keep, split, or rest before the next window.
Included
- Reading of agreed extracts for one primary commerce app, plus a second channel if the same SKUs were bundled there
- Pairing map for every live bundle in scope, with hero and companion roles named in plain language
- Discount-depth notes against the standalone listing prices you actually charged in the same dates
- Window notes for up to three campaign periods you nominate (for example 9.9, a mid-month brand day, and a quiet control week)
- A written list of pairings to keep, split, or rest, with the reason in catalog language rather than slogans
- One 75-minute walkthrough with the person who will change the next listing
Not included
- Building or logging into your seller centre on your behalf
- Paid media buying, creative production, or listing photography
- Tax, accounting, or legal opinions on discount advertising
- Ongoing daily monitoring unless you separately take the Quarterly Bundle Ledger
How the review is delivered
Aisha Rahman leads the reading. Lim Wei Jie checks listing habits and companion-SKU fit. Priya Nair writes the canvas you keep.
-
Intake
You send the live bundle list, the date range, and extracts we specify on the contact form. We confirm scope in writing before work starts.
-
First pass
We sort bundles by role: true price sets, gift-with-purchase, volume deals, and accidental combos that only exist because two SKUs share a thumbnail.
-
Canvas
We mark attach observations, discount leakage, and hero-SKU cannibalisation on the canvas pages you will keep.
-
Walkthrough
We sit with the person who edits listings and walk the keep / split / rest list. You leave with named next steps, not a slide deck of principles.
What to prepare
- A list of live bundles with SKU names as they appear on the app, not internal codes only
- Line-level order extracts for the agreed dates, including bundle flag or combo ID if your export has one
- Standalone selling prices and the discount you advertised for each bundle
- The campaign windows you care about, including at least one quieter stretch for contrast
- Who will attend the walkthrough and whether they can change listings the same week
Constraints
We work from extracts you export. If a seller centre will not release line-level rows, we say so at intake and either narrow the canvas or decline the dates. We do not reverse-engineer competitor shops. Reviews pause during the 48 hours around 11.11 and 12.12 unless booked six weeks ahead.
Next step
Send a catalog brief on the contact page. Name the app, roughly how many bundles are live, and the windows you want read. We reply with a written scope and fee before any extract is opened.
